The Cuisine

Sage offers a creative menu of fresh seafood, meats and poultry, simply prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Each dish emphasizes flavor, texture and color to create an experience that will satisfy your palate and stimulate your senses.

Lunch and dinner menus are updated daily to reflect local produce procured weekly at the Santa Monica Farmers’ Market. Optional 3- and 4-Course Tasting Menus are served during lunch and dinner respectively.

Prepare to be inspired by such trademark creations as the Herb-Roasted Chicken, Warm Farmer’s Market Beet Salad, Panko-Crusted Halibut (pictured above) and Roast Dijon Rubbed New Zealand Lamb Rack. Our dessert selection features fresh, seasonal fruits including peaches, figs and persimmons.

Our menu is designed to suite any appetite and budget. If you’re in the mood for lighter fare, our small plate menu features a host of selections suited for the smaller appetite. Many of our entree dishes also feature the option of ordering small or generous portions. With so many unique and varying dishes to choose from, our guests are always encouraged to sample a variety of unique flavors from a variety of dishes.

While we take pride in our operation, our utmost desire is to see our guests satisfied. This includes special requests and substitutions. If there is ever anything on our menu that you would like to see, or if you have a craving for something in particular that is not featured, please feel free to bring it to our attention. We will make every effort to accommodate your culinary desires.
